However, it's a good idea to clear it with your doctor before venturing outdoors for a walk in subzero weather without proper outerwear.
The body is designed to heal itself under ideal conditions (body, mind and energetic balance), so it stands to reason that introducing a reconnection to our natural electrical equilibrium will only serve to support any other healing efforts we pursue.
